From 2013 KURS is a partner in the project Artyčok.tv (Close-up: creative tools for new criticism) which was launched at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
Close-up: creative tools for new criticism is a collaborative initiative by six
contemporary art centers from Central and Eastern Europe to establish a platform for networking, education and exchange of contemporary art organizations on a European level with an overall focus on criticism in contemporary art of the region.
Artyčok.TV platform is designed in order to facilitate communication
and networking between organizations devoted to contemporary art in most diverse fields with special focus on participation and dialogue between organizations devoted to visual and contemporary art in order to overcome the boundaries inherent to the current discourse in these fields. The platform is projected towards constant growth and expansion on a European level by enabling and encouraging participation of new partner organizations from all over Europe.
Other partners in the project are ARTTODAY – Bratislava, Slovakia, Lumen Photography Foundation – Budapest, Hungary, Remont – Belgrade and tranzit.ro – Bucharest, Romania.
